Normally double feasts do not take precedence over Sundays. Double feasts of the II Class (and of the I Class) are an exception. The Sunday ought to be commemorated.
Matins: III Nocturns. Inv. & Hymn from Proper. Psalms Common I of BVM, Ants. proper. Lessons & Responses i-iii proper. Lessons & Responses iv-vi proper. Lessons vii-viii (viii – ix combined as one lesson), Lesson ix is the Gospel incipit (beginning) and Homily for the Sunday. Te Deum is said.
Lauds & Hours: Psalms of Sunday, Ants. from proper. The rest is also as indicated in the Proper w/commemoration of the Sunday (C693-B13), St. Mark (Table 9b) & St. Sergius and Companions (Table 6b). No Common Commemoration and at Prime no Preces. Also at Prime “Thou that deignest” is said as for feasts of the BVM !
